A kiosk was placed first (many years ago), in the end of 1990s the structure underwent three solidification phases along with the addition of a wooden-frame cafe space, a concrete basement, and a roof shade in which a living space is hidden. Illegal extension, together with the original kiosk, is demolished in the year 2003.
