Helge Kühnel (1969) has been studying architecture at the Technical University of Braunschweig (D) and at the Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de San Sebastian (E). After working as an architect in several architecture firms in Germany and the Netherlands, he is now running his own practice Publicplan. In 2003 Helge founded ArchEX - architecture on site an agency organising architectural study trips. A year later he co-initiated 66 East - Centre for Urban Culture in Amsterdam.
